The Asia Cup 2018 will give the South Asian cricket fans to relish the Pakistan-India cricket rivalry.

KARACHI, Aug 30 (Xinhua) — The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Thursday an 18-member squad of players for the upcoming training camp for preparation of the Asia Cup 2018.
The 2018 Asia Cup will be played in the United Arab Emirates from September 15-28, 2018.
Chief Selector PCB, Inzamam-ul-Haq announced the squad after consulting the players with Head Coach Mickey Arthur and skipper Sarfraz Ahmed.
The 18 Pakistani cricketers will participate in a week-long training camp which will take place from September 3 to 10 at Gaddafi Stadium in the northeastern city of Lahore in Punjab province.
According to the statement issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board, the players for the training camp include Fakhar Zaman, skipper Sarfraz Ahmed, Imam-ul-Haq, Shan Masood, Muhammad Hafeez, Babar Azam, Asif Ali, Shoaib Malik, Shadab Khan, Haris Sohail, Muhammad Nawaz, Imad Wasim, Hassan Ali, Muhammad Amir, Usman Khan Shinwari, Junaid Khan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Faheem Ashraf.
Former skipper Azhar Ali is not part of the training camp which is currently underway in Abbottabad under the supervision of Pakistan Army. Shan Masood and Imad Wasim have not represented Pakistan in almost a year.
The 2018 Asia Cup will swing into action from September 15 where arch-rivals Pakistan and India will lock horns in a high-voltage encounter in Dubai on September 19.
