Pakistan to face Germany before Tokyo Olympics 2020 Qualifiers

KARACHI, October 19, 2019 ( – Pakistan hockey team will play two test matches against Germany in Mönchengladbach on October 22 & 23 before playing Tokyo Olympics qualifiers against Netherlands.

This is the great step taken by Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) to arrange two-test match series with Germany before playing all important qualifiers against Netherlands.

Pakistan Hockey team will play first match on October 22 at Mönchengladbach, a west Germany city situated near Netherlands border while the second match will be played on October 23. The first match will start at 5:30pm Pakistan time while second match will start at 9:30pm Pakistan time.

Pakistan will play their important Tokyo Olympics 2020 Qualifier matches against Netherlands on October 26 & 27 at Amsterdam.

Earlier Pakistan Hockey Federation also announced that Australia’s Jesse Wilson Workman has joined national hockey team and will be helping them in their preparations for qualifier matches.
