NBA: Lakers beat Spurs while Clippers win against Jazz on Sunday clash

LOS ANGELES, November 4, 2019 (SNN247.com) – It was a good Sunday for Los Angeles in NBA as both Lakers and Clippers won their outings against Spurs and Jazz.

Los Angeles Lakers beat San Antonio Spurs by 103-96 thanks to Antonio Davis effort of 25 points. Lakers led well in the Q1 and Q2 to take their lead to 13 points but Spurs cameback strongly in the Q3 thanks to Dejounte Murray who scored 18 points for Spurs. But Lakers kept their nerves and won the Q4 and also the match.

Lakers are now still leading the Western Conference table with five wins in six matches 2019-20 season. Clippers beat Utah Jazz by 105-94 to jump into third place on Western Conference points table. Donovan Mitchell effort of 36 points for Jazz went in vain as Kawhi Leonard scored match winning 30 points for Clippers.

In other matches played on Sunday, Indiana Pacers beat Chicago Bulls by 108-95 thanks to 26 points scored by T.J. Warren.

Miami Heat defeated Houston Rockets by 129-100 thanks to Duncan Robinson who scored 23 points for visitors. James Harden 29 points went in vain for Rockets.

Sacramento Kings beat visitors New York Knicks by 113-92. De’Aaron Fox scored 24 points for Kings while Marcus Morris Jr. scored 28 points for Knicks.

Dallas Mavericks defeated Cleveland Cavaliers 131-111 thanks to Luka Doncic 29 points. Kevin Love scored 29 points for visitors.
