Haider Ali wins Silver for Pakistan in World Athletics Championship 2019

DUBAI, November 16, 2019 (SNN247.com) –  Pakistan’s Haider Ali won a silver medal in Discus Throw F37 category with career best distance of 51.43 at World Athletics Championship 2019 played at Dubai.

The para athlete from Gujranwala was representing Pakistan and also qualified for the Tokyo Paralympics 2020 which will be held in Tokyo from August 25 to September 6, 2020.

Teixeira de Souza from Brazil won the gold medal in Discus Throw F37 with distance of 52.76. Henly Guy from Australia won the Bronze medal in the same category with distance of 51.43.
